Duncan Press Responds:
No. Notice the depth differences in the two maps, particularly the 12 and 100 foot-depths on the Duncan Press charts, which are not noted on the Bizer maps. This is one example of the well-meaning but amateurish skills by Bizer. Years ago, the Fish and Game Department professionally surveyed the depths of the five lakes, Winnipesaukee, Winnisquam, Newfound, Ossipee, and Sunapee. Duncan Fitchet used that data for his charts, and the data was also used for the later Duncan Press charts. |
